Membership fees are charged on a month to month basis and must be paid prior to the commencement of the next month. If payment is not received on time, membership will be suspended. To reinstate the membership, an administrative charge of AUD$20 is applicable.

We reserve the right to amend the preferred listing categories to suit the item for sale. Please ensure you choose the correct category for your item. If your item does not suit any of the currently available categories, please contact us via our online contact form and we will endeavour to create a category that suits. We also reserve the right to refuse to list an item at our discretion.

Payment must be received before the item can be advertised. Once the payment is received, the details you submit via the application form will be used to approve your listing. We will contact the account holder via email to advise that the listing has been made public.

Your listing will remain on the site for 365 days. If it is not sold in this time, it will automatically relist itself for another 365 days. The relisting will take place twice after which your listing will be automatically deleted. The listing will also be removed when the seller removes the listing from 'My Account'. No refunds will be given for unsold items.

Photographs cannot be changed once your advertisement has been made public on this site, so please ensure that the photographs you supply are your preferred choice, and that they also meet our criteria.

The seller must remove/delete their item from 'My Account' one it is sold. If it comes to the attention of PreOwnedIndianBridalWear.com that an advertised item may have been sold and the listing has not been removed by the seller then PreOwnedIndianBridalWear.com reserves the right to remove the listing without notifying the seller but will endeavour to verify with the seller any information received by email.

PreOwnedIndianBridalWear.com will not accept any liability for any malicious and/or nuisance calls and/or emails related to your listing. Please ensure you protect yourself from fraudulent enquiries. Never give out any sensitive personal information unless required for the transaction to be completed. PreOwnedIndianBridalWear.com will take no responsibility for transactions conducted between buyers, sellers and/or any other third party.

The seller warrants that the photographs do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, and the seller fully indemnifies PreOwnedIndianBridalWear.com against any loss, costs, expenses, demands or liability, whether direct or indirect, arising out of a claim by a third party against PreOwnedIndianBridalWear.com alleging that PreOwnedIndianBridalWear.com's use of the photographs infringes the intellectual property rights or copyright of any person(s) or entity(ies).

No liability will be accepted by PreOwnedIndianBridalWear.com for any use of a designer's name, label or manufacturer's name in their description of the items to be sold. These will be used at the discretion of the seller.
